Position Summary

We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Technician to help us fabricate, assemble, and ship our enclosures and rack systems. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our products meet the high-quality standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support general warehouse operations and adapt to shifting daily priorities
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization in the warehouse
  • Flat-pack enclosures and assist with packing, pallet prep, and preparing orders for shipment
  • Build enclosures and rack systems according to specifications, maintaining high quality standards
  • Operate CNC machines as needed to support production

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and carry 75–100 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
  • Experience with construction, fabrication, or general assembly work
  • Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
  • Ability to take direction, learn new skills, and adapt to changes
  • CNC experience is a plus, but not required
  • Team-oriented attitude with solid communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay is negotiable based on experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and performance-based raises. We’re a small, tight-knit team that values hard work and takes pride in what we build.
