Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We have acquired all the PVC for our current orders which means cancellations, changes or additions are not being accepted at this time.

 

Shipping Damage

If you receive something through the mail and it has been damaged, please do the following to ensure we can submit a successful claim. We cannot replace the items if you do not follow the instructions below.

  1. Provide photos of all SIX sides of the packaging, including the label affixed to the box showing the tracking number.
  2. Provide photos of the actual damage to the goods.
  3. Provide photos of the inner packaging

  4. DO NOT throw away the packaging or the damaged goods until you receive notification that the claim has been filed.

We will send out the replacement parts for damaged goods once we receive all the information asked above.

You will be asked to sign an affidavit by the claims department. Please look for this email and fill it out as soon as possible to avoid delay.
