Shipping policy
- Shipping & Freight Options (standard UPS Small Package for XT4 and smaller, Freight for XT5 and larger as well as rack systems, domestic only)
- Shipping & Freight Cost - If freighting to a business address it is usually cheaper. When ordering racks, if you order more than one, the shipping increase is minimal. If you think you might need 2, then that would be a better option. You will need to contact us for an estimated freight quote. Rates change all the time, so we'll need to re-quote closer to the ship date to get an accurate value if you decide to place an order.

FREIGHT DELIVERY NOTICE
Please be prepared to open and inspect your skid before signing the carrier’s delivery paperwork.
Inspection is mandatory. If any part of your order is damaged:-
Do not sign for the shipment.

Refuse delivery and take clear photos of all damage (crate and contents) while the driver is still present.

Note all damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
By signing for the shipment without noting damage, you are confirming that your order arrived in good condition. Once signed, BlackBox Cages cannot file a freight claim on your behalf, and you will be responsible for all repair and return shipping costs.
Freight damage can occur despite our packaging standards. We will gladly assist with claims, but we can only help if damage is reported before signing. Failure to inspect and document issues transfers all liability to the customer.

- Shipping & Freight Timeframe - Typically, shipping takes about 3 days. Freight can take from 2 days up to 2 weeks depending on location.
- Handling Time - from when an order is placed and when it gets shipped is listed at the top of our website.
- Delivery Restrictions - Shipping will not be considered for P.O. boxes
